We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@jerisonline.com with details of the product and the defect within 5 days of receiving the item.
You must have your receipt and all the original tags still on the merchandise.
No refunds will be given. Only store credit or exchanges will be provided.
Sale and clearance items are final sales.
Clothing: Must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, the smell of fragrance, pets, smoke, etc will not be accepted. Items worn even once will not qualify for a return.
Exact Exchanges: Please note that we have limited quantities and high demand for our merchandise. We cannot guarantee exact exchanges in the same size/color originally purchased.
